|
Immature teratoma of the ovary is a highly lethal germ cell origin tumor which is composed of various quantities of immature tissue differentiating from any or all three germ layers. Pregnancy complicated by an immature teratoma is very rare,
with
a
reported incidence of 0.07%.
The purpose of this paper is to report our experience with an immature teratoma in pregnancy, with a brief literature review.
